Out of respect for our practitioners and our other clients, we ask that you give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other clients. Late cancellations and missed appointments inconvenience not only your psychologist but other clients.
Clients, participants or their representatives must provide at least 24 hours notice of non-attendance prior to the scheduled service, or will be responsible for a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled fee.
If for any reason the client, participant or their representative fails to provide notice of non-attendance prior to 8am on the morning of the scheduled service, the client, participant or their representative will be responsible for a cancellation fee of 100% of the scheduled fee.
If for any reason the client, participant or their representative arrives for a scheduled service 30 minutes late or more, the client, participant or their representative will be responsible for 100% of the scheduled fee.
The fee will be charged to the payment details provided to us by you which are kept on file. A receipt of payment will be sent to you via email.
